Stillwater Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Stillwater, OK and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, slabs, retaining walls, steps, pool decks, and related concrete work. All services are subject to a written agreement or estimate accepted by the client prior to work beginning.
Estimates provided by Stillwater Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions are discovered after work begins - such as buried debris, unstable subsoil, or utility conflicts not identified during the initial assessment. We will notify you of any scope change and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work that affects the price.
Estimates do not include permit fees, utility locating fees, or other third-party costs unless expressly stated. Those costs, if applicable, will be identified before work begins.
Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions, permit processing timelines, and material availability. Stillwater Concrete reserves the right to reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that could compromise the quality of concrete placement and curing.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
Stillwater Concrete reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project at any time due to circumstances outside our control. In that event, no cancellation fee applies to the client.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required to secure your project on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Payment is due at the time agreed in your written estimate. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee and referred to collections. You are responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue balances, including attorney fees if applicable underOklahoma law.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you prior to the start of work.
You are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, personal property, and obstructions before the scheduled start date. Failure to prepare the site as agreed may result in a delay and could affect the project schedule or pricing.
You are responsible for locating and marking private utility lines (such as irrigation systems) not covered by the state utility locate service. Stillwater Concreteis not liable for damage to private utilities that were not identified or marked before work began.
Stillwater Concrete warrants that work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete contracting. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written estimate or contract.
Concrete is a natural material and some degree of cracking, surface variation, and color variation is inherent to the product. These characteristics do not constitute defects unless they exceed normal tolerances for the type of work performed.
We do not warrant against damage caused by events outside our control, including ground movement from expansive soils, tree root intrusion, improper loading beyond design specifications, freeze-thaw damage to improperly maintained surfaces, or third-party modifications to completed work.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stillwater Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
